Formulate brand positioning, product, price, channel and team building strategies, break down the sales target, ensure that the product color and product price meet the market demand, and establish a channel network that can bring continuous sales.
Team management
Assist in Kenya talent team construction and provide guidance on personnel recruitment; Assist the national manager of the branch company to implement the organizational structure, job responsibilities, salary and performance appraisal system, promotion mechanism, training mechanism, etc.
Project market information statistics
Conduct research on market trends, prices and sales policies according to market changes, and formulate corresponding policies based on the companys sales and brand strategies;Investigate and analyze engineering customer groups, pay regular visits, and collect project information
Clients management
KA clients development and maintenance of existing distributor channels ; client development as main business growth point.
Project follow-up and commission management of project clients (commission proposal, accounting, application and issuance);Give product demand reports and inventory management (escrow inventory clearing, small inventory and Dead stock inventory clearing, etc.)
Marketing publicity
Make overall planning for our brand store establishment in Kenya; Make overall planning for material demand and report to HQ.
Cost budget and control
According to the annual plan, apply to the headquarters the specific cost budget and implement it; Monitor and control expenses during the process.
