Position Senior Operator Offset printing

Job Location Sharjah UAE

Job Role Machine Operation

* Receives the order from the press supervisor and read it and gives his remarks if any

* Prepare the machine colors and paper size upon the requested job

* Able to make ready a job on the machine at short time/notice

*Color matching as per the sample

*Need to tackle/solve small to medium problems in printing

*Conduct reports on machine status to track waste quality and speed

*Report any malfunction to immediate senior in order to find a solution

**Clean the machine in order to maintain it in a good condition

* Check the machine before using it for production in order to ensure a good quality

QUALIFICATIONS

Any Degree in Printing

45 Years Printing machine operating Experience in Plastic card / hitech printing Industry.

Good Knowledge in printing UV printing Knowledge Ink Mixing experience also an advantage Rainbow printing experience

Knowledge of operating printing machine with 6 or more colors
