WPS Associate

• Review the payments received from customer and reach out to customers for further salary processing documents
• provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to ensure all the service requirements are done efficiently
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisors and other staff members
• Prepare the salary files accurately within TAT
• Provide quality service in timely manner to WPS customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a bank or exchange house
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have Knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Preference for candidate those who have prior experience in BFSI
