Job Description
- A passion for bartending.

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.

What will you do?
- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Fulfil guest orders in an effective and organised manner.
- Work with Sofra BLD team to keep excellent service standards.
- Be prepared to assist other Shangri-La colleagues/departments in a thoughtful manner.
- Assist guests and colleagues in choosing the perfect drink option for each customer.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
- Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/Service Manager to find solutions.
