Job Description
- Oversee finishing works with high attention to detail.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimations.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
- Experienced in fit-out projects and renovation works.
- Ensure perfect implementation of project plans, team building, and staff management.
- Handle client management professionally.
- Expert in obtaining authority approvals from SEWA , Dubai Municipality, DPW, MAF, DEWA, Sharjah Municipality, etc. and other public sector clients and developers.
- Superb reading of drawings
- Very detailed NOCs and authority permissions furnished knowledge
- Display hardworking, practical, and team-building skills.
