Drive and achieve KPI targets, focusing on volume, customer satisfaction, margins, and income growth.
Conduct ongoing performance management of the NIO Houses based on agreed-upon KPIs, address HR issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Control and management of all required sales and processes training to a pre-determined level for sales and support staff.
Manage the area sales forecasts, inventory levels, and merchandising standards to optimise performance.
Implement standards for displaying and merchandising new and used vehicles as well as all promotions.
Meet with NIO House Managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
Collaborate with brand management to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives and drive vehicle sales.
