Job Description
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing NIO House Managers capable of running the complete sales operation of a HIO House, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Drive and achieve KPI targets, focusing on volume, customer satisfaction, margins, and income growth.
- Conduct ongoing performance management of the NIO Houses based on agreed-upon KPIs, address HR issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Control and management of all required sales and processes training to a pre-determined level for sales and support staff.
- Manage the area sales forecasts, inventory levels, and merchandising standards to optimise performance.
- Implement standards for displaying and merchandising new and used vehicles as well as all promotions.
- Meet with NIO House Managers to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
- Collaborate with brand management to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives and drive vehicle sales.
- Foster a motivated and engaged team, resolving conflicts and making strategic decisions to drive success.
