We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for creating and updating educational curricula, instructional materials, and assessments. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design, develop, and implement effective and engaging curricula for students.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop curricula that align with those objectives
- Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments
- Conduct research on best practices in curriculum design and assessment
- Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the education industry
- Implement and evaluate curricula to ensure effectiveness and student success
- Work with faculty to train and support them in implementing curricula and instructional materials
- Collaborate with other departments, such as instructional design and technology, to develop and implement effective educational technologies
- Participate in program and course review and revision processes

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in education, curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
- Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment strategies
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with educational technologies and their application to curriculum development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
