Roles and Responsibilities
The role will be responsible for overseeing entire finance and accounts operations including Finalization of
Accounts, Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory
Compliance, etc
You will be responsible for the following activities:
Preparation of monthly financial statement
Finalization of Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet, P & L Account, Cash Flow and Notes to
Accounts
Leading Internal & Statutory Audit functions
Managing and Implementation of Compliance (Direct tax & Indirect tax- GST, Advance License and
many Income Tax assessments alongside RBI, FEMA, STPI, Banking and secretarial)
Monitoring the fund requirement and Liaising and negotiating with banks for raising fund
Implementing Standard Product costing and reviewing quarterly actual costing of all operation
products of Company
Financial planning and Budgeting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 8 to 15 yrs
Education: MBA (Finance) / CA
Candidate will be handling finance and accounts operations including Finalization of Accounts,
Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory
Compliance, etc at corporate level
Working experience in IT/ITES company will be added plus
Should have strong analytical and leadership skills and attention to detail
Should be proficient in various accounting software
Should have experience in working on ERP/SAP
People management : 5-10 team members
Reporting : Working with executive leadership and providing timely updates on various aspects of
Finance
