Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting, including knowledge of VAT filing and corporate tax regulations.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial analysis with a focus on VAT filing and upcoming corporate tax requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes, considering the implications of VAT and corporate tax on financial planning.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements related to VAT and corporate tax compliance.
  • Supervise and lead the operations team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency, taking into account changes in VAT regulations and corporate tax laws.
  • Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain management to optimize operational performance while adhering to VAT and corporate tax guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in VAT filing and corporate tax planning.
  • Evaluate and assess operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management on financial and operational matters, including the impact of VAT and corporate tax changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, considering the implications of VAT and corporate tax on business operations
  • Proficient in Zoho Books and have expertise in utilizing the platform for efficient accounting processes.
