Job Description
- Identify and establish new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
- Demonstrate products and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting products and services to potential customers.
