Nominates and assigns Sales Consultants to man/cover outdoor events as required i.e. product
Remains up-to-date and comprehensively understands DRS, HR Policies, and Group’s processes in general, including code of conduct, disciplinary actions, etc to confidently apply them as applicable
Channelizes business opportunities and negotiates with customers to help close deals. This includes managing customer queries and suggesting potential solutions.
Oversees and monitors “Special” vehicle order intake, assists Sales Consultants where necessary, and reviews order details to ensure customers are fully aware of and agree with the terms and conditions and down-payment is collected in-line with set policies. This includes obtaining Line Manager’s approval on pricing.
Drives team to update lead-management report to facilitate management review
Receives and acknowledges customers complaints and resolves issues to maintain customer satisfaction. This includes making recommendations for settling complex issues
Oversees and monitors trade-in appraisals and subsequent trading of cars to contribute to set trade-in targets.
Updates and prepares “Monthly appraisal form” and conducts/attends meetings with the Line
Monitors the KPIs for the team to meet the department’s sales performance and customer service.
