Job Description
- Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or closely-related field obtained from a reputable university, preferably accredited by AACSB.
- Excellent teaching record with at least two or more years of teaching experience gained at graduate and undergraduate levels in an internationally reputable university.
- Demonstrable record of excellence in developing and teaching (but not limited to) Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and related courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Outstanding record of research and peer-reviewed publications in top-tier business/management journals, preferably indexed by Scopus, ABS or ABDC.
- Record of collaborative and interdisciplinary research would be an advantage.
- Excellent record in professional and community service.
