Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 Yearly + Benefits
POSITION SUMMARY:
- ACT is an acronym for “Access to Collaborative Treatment”. Collaborative treatment
- Is a care delivery approach that promotes
- Enhanced integration and coordination of primary care, acute care, behavioral
- Health, and long-term services and support for persons across the lifespan with
- Chronic illness.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in a human services related field including Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family
- Therapy or Social Work.
Minimum Experience:
- Completion of an accredited
- Master’s level degree program. Three (3) years of employment providing direct
- Clinical care to individuals, families and groups. Demonstrated experience and
- proficiency in clinical/therapeutic activities including assessments, treatment
- planning, crisis intervention, individual, family, and group counseling, and
- Clinical documentation.
License, Certification, Registration:
- LMFT, LPC, LBHP or LCSW. Must obtain Alaska license within six months* of hire and provide appropriate documents to support pertinent professional certifications and registrations.
