Candidate location UAE
- Years working experience in purchasing UAE preferred
- Well versed in using ERP software with Procurement Module
- Must have experience in the preparation of quotation request and LPO
- Knowledgeable in reconciliation of the invoices against placed orders from suppliers and drawingup approval for payment
- Must be able to update the monitoring table of the orders with suppliers followup deliveries and monitor the conformity and consistency of the various support documents
- Experience in receiving and validating the deliveries notes and invoices from the warehouse and communicate them to the Accounting Department
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office specifically expert on Excel Functions
- Fluent in Writing Reading & Speaking English
