ZenTech Health empowers healthcare professionals to take back control of their calendars. We re currently hiring in Winter Haven, FL for Licensed Practical Nurse at a long-term care-skilled facility. The pay rate for this position is $30/hr.for 1st and 2nd shift and $32 for 3 rd shift.

You ll be a perfect fit for this position if you:

Hold a Current and active LPN license in the state of Florida or have a multistate LPN license

Clear in AHCA with a level II background check

You ll be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Conducts daily resident rounds to assess physical and mental health status.

Implements any required nursing interventions and documents appropriately.

Coordinates admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.

Informs the charge nurse or others (as appropriate) informed about the status of residents and related matters.

Participate in resident and family education relating to resident care
