Nurse Practitioner - Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation with above market rate for experienced professionals

• Salary - 150K - 170K Depending on Experience

Nurse Practitioner - Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment; evaluation; diagnosing; recognition and prevention of adverse event; planning; and
  

• Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional
  

• Provides leadership in the practice
  

• Nurse Practitioners (NP) are required to function consistent with California Law
  

• Provides treatment for less urgent acute conditions as well as manages chronic conditions and provides care
  

• Sees about 5 to 8 patients a day
  

Nurse Practitioner - Requirements

• Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner program required
