Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
Assist online customers on a timely manner
Coordinates with the sales team, logistics and management on a day to day operation
Responsible for the sales operations and follow-up with planning on pending orders / urgent requests or items delivery and updates the logistics team accordingly.
Coordinate with courier partners on the delivery status
Make sales invoices and basic data entry
Data entry
Qualification:
Well oriented in Customer Service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
