Job Description
Candidate should be able to design firefighting designs using NFAP 13, 14 standards
design and review of the fire alarm systems based on NFPA 72
Provides technical assistance to fire team/ project engineers and other professionals in interpreting and complying with fire codes and standards;
review all fire fighting, fire alarm and emergency light layouts and modifications to provide any fire protection recommendations.
Basic understanding in IBC &NFPA 101, 5000 codes & standards to support the architectural
review and develop hydraulic calculations
carryout fire safety gap assessment for the existing buildings
willingness to learn architectural code consulting
