Maintain and enhance all employee benefits programs, including compensation and health insurance.
Lead the recruitment strategy.
Take ownership of the on boarding and retention process.
Maintaining, updating, and recommending FCMs HR policies and procedures.
Maintaining all employees visa and labor contract renewal/cancellation.
Maintaining leave application and managing the HR payroll system on daily basis.
