You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen sections within the required standards set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service while managing good stock and proper waste control are practiced throughout the kitchen
• Pay high attention to details and quality of all outgoing cooked food from the kitchen to execute high standard of efficiency
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of the designated section
• Delegate jobs to junior chefs and apprentices to support them in their development as per the need of Sous Chef being his immediate superior
