Develop a network of organizational or institutional customers to drive incremental catering or bulk product sales through non-store channels
Identify and execute new approaches to party hall use in conjunction with operations teams in order to drive asset utilization and maximization of relevant store sales, especially in quieter day parts.
Identify non-traditional sales opportunities to maximise sales potential of the catering channel
Coordination with internal operations, finance and warehousing teams to enable event execution (including but not limited to equipment deployment, menu and pricing alignment)
Coordination with Americana lease admin team plus external organisers and authorities to ensure all necessary approvals and documentation are in place for events, short term and seasonal locations
