Job Description
- Sales Order Transmittals: Prepare and verify order transmittals and ensures all information available is correct and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to creation of sales orders or booking the orders.
- Quotations: Provide Sales quotes for Fire & Security Systems as per BOQ, RFQ and bid specifications and provide product proposal/submittal and datasheets.
- Order processing: Prepares all necessary information and validate vendor/ prices/quantity /compatibility to ensure purchase orders are submitted with right data, ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to placing purchase orders.
- Daily update and monitor job order status and sale quotations and ensures that orders are registered and placed on time.
