Our client is a government owned insurance provider specializing in B-B general (motor, property, fire, general) insurance.
They are currently recruiting a target oriented business development executive with 3-5 years of UAE insurance sales experience.
Job Description
- Develop and enhance knowledge of the insurance products and services.
- Courteously greet customers and attend on to their business needs reflecting a professional image and work culture.
- Undertake distribution activities (Direct channel) for the development of new directbusiness relationships using personal visits, telephone or other electronic medium.
- Engage in sales activities to realize business targets as specified in the KPI statements.
- Strive towards retention / renewal of existing business.
- Coordinate with the underwriters / Policy administration & Customer Service teams toensure client business requests are processed and serviced on time and without delay.
- Review and ensure quotations are processed are as per client specific requests and are closedwithin the guidelines and time-frame.
- Follow-up on renewals / quotation requests within the defined service level agreements.
- Ensure verbal / written correspondence meets professional standards.
- Update and maintain online trackers for monitoring and analysis ofmarketing related performance data and status and to forecast future needful action.
- Prepare miscellaneous reports (Premium production, Renewals, New Client reports, etc)on a periodic basis.
- Undertake responsibility for the control of documents generated in the process ofexecuting the job function.
- Undertake any other assigned tasks by the reporting manager relating to the job functionwhich are of undefined nature.
