As a recruitment firm, IB recently underwent a rebranding exercise in order to modernise its brand, offer new service lines and redefine its business model. neat.'s scope of work involved recommending strategies and developing collaterals that enable IB to stand apart from its competitors. As part of our engagement, neat. created a unique set of forms, profiles and branded collateral, that approached the concept of recruitment from a innovative perspective. A simple illustration of this would be the Job Description passport we developed, which displays job availabilities in the design of a passport, as well as their Client Profile document which was designed in the manner of an HR Manual. Each collateral was anchored to an out-of-the-box concept that still aligned with the industry, but showcased information is a visually appealing and dynamic format. neat. is continuing to work with IB to establish the rebrand and advise on strategies that will enable enhanced market penetration and increased profitability for the company.
