Responsible in coordinating the needs of the Project between the customers and AWAL Plastics Project Team. 6. Provides appropriate job specifications and give the proper briefing to the Project Team. 7. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. 8. To coordinate internal stakeholders and submit technical drawings, artworks to the client and take their approvals. 9. To prepare and submit method statement and risk assessment for project execution to the client if required. 10. Define project tasks and resource requirements, provide direction and support to project team, develop full scale project plans, assemble and coordinate internal stakeholders. 11. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities and Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. 12. Manage project resource allocation (time, money, equipment), prepare the reports defining project progress, problems and solutions and provide the updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress 13.
