Job Description

- Execute an enrollment plan to recruit and retain students from lead generation to enrollment, and retention - both at the undergraduate/graduate levels.
- Analyze effectiveness of the process and progress of all leads through the University’s CRM platform, in addition to sharing daily reports and top lines to the Enrollment Manager and the Director of Enrollment and Marketing Communications.
- Manage the day-to-day contact with prospective students and parents and act as a main point of contact to strategic teams within the Office of Admission, brand ambassadors, and other relevant departments to ensure students are progressing in their application journey, in a fast and efficient manner, in addition to overseeing query management and responses on all front-facing platforms.
