Orient UNB Takaful PJSC (OUTFL), a Public Joint Stock Company is a part of Al Futtaim Group /Orient Insurance PJSC. Started in the year 2016 by Orient Insurance PJSC and Union National Bank, we became a subsidiary of Orient Insurance Company with effective from 16/03/2021, following Orient’s acquisition of the shares owned initially by Union National Bank and its subsidiary. The company offers Sharia’h-compliant Islamic Insurance (Takaful) services. We operate under commercial License No.774683 as required under Federal Law No.6 of 2007, Certificate No.92 from Insurance Authority (IA) of UAE commencing 16/07/2017. We are listed in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) with a paid up capital of UAE Dirhams 200 Million.
