- Train and develop the wholesale sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the wholesale sales team.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
