UX Designer

UX Design

• Assist in defining and refining the user experience.
• Facilitate co-design workshops using Design Thinking/Design Sprint methodologies (card sorting, empathy maps, user journey maps, ideation, etc.).
• Create UX mockups using the Mobile First methodology.
• Animate prototypes for user testing and project team demonstrations.
• Create and maintain design frameworks and design systems.
• Promote UX methodologies.

Profile

• At least 7 years of experience in UX design.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and active listening.
• Strong communication skills, in English and in French.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Solid knowledge of cognitive science, cognitive psychology, and ergonomics.
• Proficiency in UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
• Creative and analytical approach based on your attention to detail.
• Understanding of business challenges: ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
• Passion for solving complex problems.
