Utilities Engineer

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the worldslargest global food companiesinDammam,Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hirean experienced UtilityEngineer.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of WTP, WWTP, Refrigeration and HVAC system (ammonia compressor/ammonia, chilled water pumps/vacuum pumps/ACU/FCU/AHU/Exhaust fan/AC unit) and other equipment accessories and to optimize its efficiency.

Other Responsibilities:

- Keep all equipment related to the refrigeration (compressors, condensers, pumps, evaporators, freezing tunnels, etc. ..) in perfect condition of maintenance, safety and operation;;

- Operate the refrigeration system to ensure the supplies requested by the production process

- Report areas of supervision as the investment needs for the perfect functioning of the systems.

- Development & Adherence to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.

- Elaborate technical and operational procedures with the contents like (Layouts, flowcharts, Critical process points, operation parameters);

- Make the classification of criticality for the local equipments in conjunction with the Maintenance for the definition of maintenance plans

- Responsible for Equipment Efficiency and Availability.

- Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical) in the area of responsibility

Requirements

Hands on experience in operation and maintenance for ammonia compressor/ evaporative condenser/ ammonia-glycol-tyfoxit-chilled water pumps/vacuum pumps /ACU /FCU /AHU /Exhaust fun /AC unit

- Condenser water analysis and chemical handling.

- Good Knowledge in Root cause analysis (RCA) and PDCA (problem solving) techniques;

- Strong knowledge in GMP, HACCP, HSEQ and other related food safety procedures;

- Knowledge of food technology & food safety

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of repairing (mechanical) different types of Pumps and other equipment accessories (valves, pipes, fittings).

- knowledge to read and interpret engineering drawing (P&ID).

- Knowledge of HSE policies: Ammonia leak emergency response/ Firefighting/ Safety Emergency procedures. - BMS, DCS, SCADA, HMI control system operation

- Strong user skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc). - Knowledge of SAP in PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
