Description of the Accountability
Performance Indicators (How accountability is measured)
· Conveys importance of design processes and strategy to non-designers
· Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs to stakeholders
· Conduct standard UX workshops; Research, Interviews, Card sorting, AB testing, Design Thinking, etc.
· Able to apply accessibility guidelines, performance-friendly design, responsiveness guidelines, Arabic- friendly etc. in their designs
· Develop and maintain design wireframes & mock-ups/prototypes for illustration purpose
· User flows, mental models, journey maps, personas, etc.
· Work collaboratively in diverse, cross-departmental teams and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders; PMs, developers, Analysts, and business users
· Ideating/brainstorming on solutions to identify problems and user goals
· Give and solicit feedback/guidance from other designers to continually raise the bar for design quality
· Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work
· Effective alignment of design to business requirements
· Effective presentation and justification of designs
· Providing end to end design solutions for the business case
· Effectively support the development/business team in understanding the design behaviours
· Effective coordination with development team to understand feasibility of backend capabilities or feasibility of design against time constraints
