Provide administrative support to the investment team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Assist with the preparation and distribution of investment reports, presentations, and other materials.Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, databases, and documentation related to investment activities.Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team.Assist with special projects, research assignments, and data analysis as directed by team members.Liaise with other departments within the organisation to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.Assist in the organisation and execution of team events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical planning and coordination.Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
