- Develops and implements a robust Transition Plan at the start of each transition adhering to Serco governance
- Works closely with stakeholders to agree with the business requirements to develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes;
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path as well as overseeing the tracking of key milestones and deliverables;
- Manages the development and delivery of progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations within the agreed format and timeframe;
- Proactively manages changes in scope, identifies potential risks, and devise contingency plans;
- Manage Transition Coordinators and planning resources involved in programme delivery to ensure delivery against objectives
- What we are looking for in our candidates:
- Experience in liaising with key stakeholders and high-profile Clients within an organisation on matters pertaining to the functions covered by this position
- Comfortable with high degree of uncertainty, flexibility to respond to issues, meet deadlines
