JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/ Objective


We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Telesales Team Leader to join our sales team. As Tele Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Tele Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team as well as providing them with the support and resources they need to be successful.


Essential Functions


  • Outbound Calling: Conducting proactive outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads promote products or services and close sales deals
  • Sales Conversion: effectively presenting product information benefits and pricing to potential customers addressing their inquiries and persuading them to make a purchase.
  • Lead management: following up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels ensuring a timely and accurate response to customer queries.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service resolving issues and addressing customer concerns
  • Recordkeeping: maintaining accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions sales activities and account information using CRM software.products)
  • Crossselling and upselling in order to create more value for both the client and PayTabs
  • Working alongside the Business Development team to ensure seamless buying and implementation

process

  • Developing trust and credibility with the decisionmaker key stakeholders and the wider team
  • Hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • Ensuring the value and credibility of lead quality
  • Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Train and develop your team to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support and resources to your team to help them be successful
  • Monitor and track individual and team performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay uptodate on the latest sales techniques and trends

  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage leads prioritize tasks and meet sales deadlines effectively
  • Product knowledge: continuously learning and updating knowledge about products or services industry trends and competitor offerings to position the companys offerings effectively.
  • Computer and CRM Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications including CRM software to manage customer interactions track sales activities and generate reports.


Roles and Key KPAs


  • conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
  • Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Present product information pricing and benefits to potential customers in a persuasive manner.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions sales activities and account information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends products and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and selfdevelopment.
  • Drive the team to achieve their KPIs


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work


These are fulltime positions and regular hours of work and days are Sunday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

p.m.; however this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work


Travel


Travel is primarily local during the business day although some outofarea and overnight travel may be

expected.


Preferred Education and Experience


  • 13 years of demonstrated business development / sales experience in the Fintech vertical.
  • undergraduate degree in IT marketing or business.
