Telesales Agent - PENTABELL

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representativeto contribute in generating sales for our company . You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships

Responsibilities and Duties

• Present financial products to clients using the authorized techniques in order to meet customers needs and preserve Bank alBilads market share
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
• Enter and update customer information in the database

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of commerce business administration or related fields
• (02) years of retail sales experience
• Energetic and enthusiastic.
• Good command of English & Arabic languages
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic selling communication and negotiation skills.
• Service Oriented

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: From 1600.00 per month

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
