Job Role:

The Technical & Presales consultant is responsible for the technical relationship with customers and providing technical support for ongoing customers and assisting in presales activity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Fruits 360 & Fruits insights to customers and prospective customers.
  • Conduct demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Fruits 360 & Fruits insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Answer potential customer questions and followup call questions.
  • Respond to technical aspects of RFPs.
  • Work with product team to ensure that the solutions being offered can be tailored to meet the customers requirements..
  • Provide feedback from new prospects or existing customers to Sales & Product Management.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming concerns and issues related to systems and software.
  • Guide customer through troubleshooting process to ensure solving any issues within the given SLA.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical software issues alone or in cooperation with product team.
  • Contribute to the overall training process for new customers. (if required).
  • Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
  • Reconcile possible mismatching in data using Microsoft MS Software.
  • QA for new dashboard releases and features (If required).



Requirements

Academic Prerequisites:
Associate or bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.

Personal Qualities:
  • Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Customeroriented and cooltempered.
  • English Language proficiency.

Medical Insurance Plan

The Company provides a medical insurance plan as per Company policy. The current adopted medical insurance plan is provided by Bupa Medical Insurance with the typical medical insurance plan being Premium 2.1. Further information regarding the policy may be provided upon request and provided policies may change according to vendor s change in their policy plan structures.

Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws some of which being:
Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
Holidays: paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr Eid Al Adha Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.
Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days in the event of death of employee s parent spouse or child.
Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary during each year of service.

Employee Allowances
As an employee of the Company you will be eligible to participate in multiple Companysponsored benefits and allowances including:

Housing Allowance
Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employees basic salary.

Transportation Allowance
Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employees basic salary.

Communication Allowance
Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employees basic salary.

Academic Prerequisites: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field. Personal Qualities: Knowing the value of the SaaS product - A great sales rep should understand the value of their product and convey the same to potential clients about the ROI on those products. Understanding the customers inside out - Analyzing the needs of potential customers and finding whether or not they qualify for the SaaS product is another skill a sales rep should have. Data mastering - The sales representatives who are experienced in data analytics can pinpoint certain issues, address them, highlight success, and adjust their sales strategies accordingly. Strong communication skills - A sales representative needs to have robust communication skills in order to build long-lasting relationships with a customer.
