STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

We are seeking a talented and resultsoriented Structural Design Engineer to join our team. In this role you will leverage your design expertise and practical construction knowledge to develop safe efficient and costeffective structural solutions for a variety of building projects. Your handson experience on construction sites will be invaluable in ensuring designs translate seamlessly from concept to completion.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Detailed structural design of public infrastructurerelated buildings/structures.
• Produce design drawings and calculations reports.
• Prepare clear and concise construction drawings and specifications for structural components.
• Perform structural calculations to determine loads stresses and deflections on building elements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering and 3 years of related work experience. Work experience must be related to HANDSON DESIGN of structures.
• Intimate knowledge of the following software:
• SAP2000
• Structural Bridge Design (Auto Desk)
• AutoCAD
• Bentley RAM connections/elements
• Intimate knowledge of following design codes
• Ashghal IAN048 and other structural design related Interim Advice Notes
• Eurocode
• MUST be immediately available and based in QATAR

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Masters Degree in Structural Engineering is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit software.
