- Updating/contributing to strategy formulation, strategic plan execution and communication of strategy to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive team efforts regarding the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Develop Quant’s strategic scorecard cascaded down to departments.
- Report on the progress towards achieving the strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate on financial, capital, and facility planning.
- Capability to assess the organization’s current and future position.
- Develop, analyze, and provide the necessary information on which development of strategic decisions and develop the strategic programs for Quant.
- Collaborate with other departments to fully assess the viability of strategic initiatives.
