This is a remote position.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate should participate in the development active and execution of strategic initiatives that contribute to the organizations growth and success. This position involves collaborating with the strategic team and leadership to analyze market trends evaluate competitive landscapes and provide valuable insights. The primary objective is to assist in formulating and implementing strategies that enhance competitiveness drive business outcomes and align with the companys longterm goals. The Strategists experience will be a valuable asset in supporting strategic projects conducting research and engaging in crossfunctional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior strategists and leadership on strategy development.
Conduct market research and analyze emerging trends.
Monitor and assess competitors strategies and performance.
Utilize datadriven insights for strategy optimization.
Assist in creating actionable strategic plans.
Coordinate and manage strategic projects.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide strategic recommendations based on analysis.
Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with strategies.
Communicate and present strategic plans and insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business administration Economics Finance Management Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong proficiency in market research trend analysis and competitor assessment.
Experience in developing and tracking KPIs to measure performance and progress.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic insights effectively.
Ability to assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Strong awareness of industry trends and best practices.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in strategic planning
Preferred to have certificates in strategy or business analysis
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in strategic planning

Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Power BI
