In this role, you'll: • Contribute a measurable impact to Chainalysis revenue through successfully establishing strategic client partnerships with Chainalysis sales, alliances and product teams. • Focus on accelerating Chainalysis sales and customer success objectives and business growth in Korea • Directly source and lead value based sales campaigns to establish meaningful partnerships with strategic clients and partners within the Korean Public sector (LEA/ Tax/ Defence) and/or BFSI • Represent Chainalysis professionally, maintain our reputation and develop faithful and long-term relationships with our customers. • Develop, manage and enhance a business development plan to meet identified key results in collaboration with key stakeholders • You have established and shared best practices for strategic business development recruitment and sales campaigns We're looking for candidates who have: • Experience performing Business Development across clients and partner accounts in a high growth SaaS company in Korea • Experience in B2B SaaS sales focused in managing and closing complex sales in the Korean markets • A strong client network in Public Sector - Law Enforcement, National Security and Regulatory agencies and/or BFSI. • Experience working with systems integrators, resellers, distributors and other partners to extend our reach in the local market • An articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication style, along with the ability to convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way • A demonstrated a history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy • A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions • Both written and spoken fluency in English for the purposes of communicating with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis' offices around the world #LI-RS1 About Chainalysis Blockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation.
