- Support with office relocation
- Support the daily office operations and administration
- Manage business & emergency preparedness planning for the office. This includes the planning and execution of business continuity and emergency management
- Support customs compliance coordination with Global Trade Control team
- Manage business entity compliances for all entities supported by Business Support Manager
- Manage and maintain proper filing and storage of entity compliance documents. Ensure protection of sensitive personal identifiable information
- Greets, screens and directs visitors at Company sites to specific locations and offices. Support events, meetings and conferences in Malaysia and SEA countries
- Answers and routes telephone calls, answers general questions, directs vendors and acts as focal for receipt and delivery of express packages
