Position: Sr Product Engg (Automobile)

We are in search for a suitable team lead who is into automotive parts development.

Experienced into vehicle parts development for both aesthetic & utility products will

be an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate withProduct Development team to finalize product ideas.

2. Check product installation feasibility and prepare design of the product accordingly.

3. Convert Images or Sketches or Drawings to 3D model.

4. Create 3D model based on the scan data (Meshfile /STLFile).

5. Convert 3D simulation to ActualEngineered Production including A surface&B

surface creation.

6. Create detailed 2D Drawings as per Automotive industry standards and customer

requirements.

7. Define Product Material of each kit components.

8. Prepare Installation Manual of the products.

9. Justify the design performance with the help of CAD tools.Fore.g.FEA Analysis

Skills:

1. Understanding of Automotive Interior and Exterior Parts Engineering and installation.

(example Bumpers,interiortrimpanels,lightingetc.)

2. Understanding of Automotive Standards and Regulations for designing genuine

vehicle components

3. Able to doReverse Engineering from Scan data or physical part.(MeshtoCAD/STLto

STPor IGES).

4. Knowledge of materials (Plastics and Metal) and its manufacturing processes.

5. Able to predict expected failures in production or on field and manage to make

changes during design phase.

Qualification:Diploma/BE -Automotive/Mechanical

Experience:10-15yearsinproductengineering

1. Proficientin3DCADSoftwaresEx-AutoCAD/SOLIDWORKS/RHINO/NX
