Campos EPC is currently looking for an ERP Systems Manager located in either Denver, CO or Pasadena, CA for a full-time position.

Responsible for providing direction, guidance, and optimization in the use of the Campos Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Deltek Vantagepoint. The Deltek System Manager will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Campos Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system and associated database.

In this role, the individual will participate in the management of interactions related to Deltek Vantagepoint and other systems such as UKG (HRIS), Oracle and other sources of data. The Deltek ERP Manager will actively coordinate across each of the Campos entities, departments, regions and departments as well as regularly engaging with end users to identify challenges that can be brought to Process Department leadership to design solutions. This position requires experience in Deltek Vantagepoint and/or Vision, including system capabilities and backend data structures.

The ERP Manager will be specifically responsible for the following:

Lead the Deltek team and administrative support staff in the development and adoption of value-added processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s).

Create and/or define workflow processes and customization of dashboards and reporting.

Document and develop technical process manuals, troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues and provide Deltek Vantagepoint technical support and training for all staff.

Lead efforts on introducing new versions and updates of Deltek Vantagepoint and communicate their tangible impacts to stakeholders across the company.

Design, develop and implement automated solutions for efficient communication and approval protocols.

Develop standards for data analysis, assist in the development of reports and provide summaries and feedback to management on opportunities for improvement.

Provide both tactical and strategic guidance on use of Deltek Vantagepoint to drive business solutions to key stakeholders.

Design, architect, and test Deltek ERP reporting solutions based on business requirements.

Serve as Technical Lead for all ERP evaluations, upgrades, and implementations

Design and support integrations between Deltek Vantagepoint or other internal systems to ensure efficient, and accurate flow of data while also maintaining data integrity within the Deltek database.

Work with company stakeholders from Operations, Process, Controls, Finance, IT and Marketing/CRM to document requirements for use and implement standards, processes and solutions for meeting stakeholder goals.

Identify opportunities for enhanced workflows to improve the efficiency of financial and business processes, and reporting.

Identify process owners and lead in the development of SOP s specific to each department and their interaction with and data requirements for their relevant portions of Vantagepoint. These departments include Operations, Process, Controls, Finance/Accounting and HR/IT.

Coordinate and provide overall system user support for the Deltek VantagePoint utilizing internal team members, 3rd party consultants and Deltek representatives as support resources.

Lead the implementation team for rollout of enhanced or new Deltek Modules (PO, Asset Management, Planning, Dashboards, CRM, etc)

Guide all company stakeholders in the use and interaction between their respective groups and the ERP system.

Coordinate and direct a team of ERP administrators that assist with making project-detail changes to ensure that ERP data quality and integrity is maintained and the level of service to internal stakeholders is efficient and optimal.

Resp for internal client satisfaction, monitoring of all engagements and service requests and measuring team performance in achieving internal client goals.

Capture and report on data related to user challenges and work with the Chief Process Officer to devise strategies for resolving quality and user performance issues.

Utilize relevant performance data to inform strategies on improved processes and training opportunities.

Work with the Chief Process Officer, EPC Director and the Director of Project Delivery to periodically audit the active project directory to identify gaps or signs of noncompliance with the Project Management and Finance Processes.

Lead in the design of user-friendly interfaces, dashboards and functionality.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems or a relevant field. If Bachelor s Degree is in a non-applicable field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system management is required.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the use of Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision

Detailed understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint Client Resource Management (CRM) and Resource Planning (RP).

Experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines and/or reporting/analytics is highly preferred

As the Technical Lead for the most active software solution in the company, customer service skills and a desire to teach and develop others is a top priority.

Project Management experience in process improvement or software / IT implementation projects is highly preferred.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Deep desire for continued improvement and to keep knowledge and skillset relevant.

Experience handling confidential and highly secure information.

Ability to manage many competing priorities and to leverage support and resources across the company to effectively manage ongoing maintenance requests as well as process improvement projects such as a module implementation, workflow build-out, or dashboard assembly.
