SSAB Special Steels Sales is looking for a motivated performanceefficient Site Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As part of SSAB you will be instrumental in realizing this goal and push for the green transformation of the whole steel industry.

About the position

As a Site Manager you will collaborate closely with our Area Sales Manager in the region providing strategic and operational support. Your primary focus is to plan direct and coordinate the added value and shared stock service operations ensuring and improving the performance productivity efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations. You will do this through the provision of effective methods strategies and the Companys goals and values.

Main responsibilities
Communicate on a weekly basis the status including order intake utilization rate lead times delivery performance etc. to the Sales organization primarily to the ASM and the Sales Director.
Ensures that all company safety practices and procedures are adhered to by all production shipping/receiving and maintenance staff.
Responsible for all added value processing (part and components) and the costs and pricing related to this including stock service.
Responsible for together with ASM the tactical plan (budget) and together with Sales Director the Strategic plan.
About You
University degree or equivalent in Business Administration Economics or Engineering.
Solid leadership skills min 35 years experience in the industry.
Deep knowledge and understanding of the steel business value creation business finance and good strategic ability.
Will be required to work in a timeseinsitive setting and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Excpert presentation communication and negotiation skills in English and Local language (Arabic) and you have a valid drivers license.
Saudi Nationals preferred
