Work to be performed

The IT Analyst will be working with the BIO and its partners to deliver enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and be responsible for the deployment and support of SaaS software in those areas.

The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality partnerships and delivering IT solutions, developing, and maintaining test environments, testing applications, documenting and troubleshooting IT solutions, providing security solutions and managing relationships with vendors and consultants on IT related contracts

Specific skills/experience required

Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders.

Knowledge of IT systems, IT industry frameworks (IT Service Management, Agile, DevOps), system development methodology, and application development principles and process.

Familiarity with office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office and basic SharePoint document management.

Experience in utilizing Microsoft Power Platform for building and deploying applications.

Ability to organize and plan work effectively, manage, and coordinate multiple complex activities, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with department heads, County officials and employees.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess, prioritize and identify issues with data security and work with IT to mitigate risks.

Experience in writing, maintaining, and executing test scripts, cases, and plans, as well as documenting functional and technical specifications for applications and other enterprise solutions.

Ability to advocate for needs and desired results of the business, and to participate in process improvement discussions while acting as a liaison in IT meetings for the business.

Ability to produce desired IT initiative results.

The ideal candidate for this project should have the following experience and skills:

Experience working with government or NGO organizations.

Experience in providing IT support and delivering solutions to high-profile and VIP clients, demonstrating the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited university or college.
