Service Supervisor

• Maintain daily contact with the Operational Sites to guide and support technicians
  
• conduct site visits periodically to complete QA/QC checks with ongoing and completed repairs and maintenance work
  
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate resources to support workload work
  
• Manage the creation, issuance and completion of Job cards and supporting documents.
  
• Supervise technicians during installations, repairs, and planned maintenance
  
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
  
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment to support Repair and Maintenance schedules.
  
• Participate in coordination of projects to support work scope and resource allocation
  
• adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
  
• Plan crew travel and flight requirements based on rotational plans with Travel coordinator
  
• Complete crew end of field assessment and objective reviews based on business procedures
  
• Enforce health and safety precautions

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Engineering or relevant equivalent technical educational qualification in related field with 3 years work experience.
  
• PMP Certified with at least 1 years of multiple project and people management experience
  
• Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 1 years Auditing experience.
  
• Basic Offshore Survival Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET)
  
• Minimum 3-4 years total working experience in Operations Role (with 1+ years managing projects in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas)
  
• Organizing your own work effectively and setting priorities to meet competing deadlines.
  
• Commitment and strong understanding of the issues surrounding the quality of client service delivery
  
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office and the ability to use business support software
  
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service or process provider
  
• Working knowledge in employee engagement, personnel training & competency related subject matter
  
• Ability to maintain efficient running of several project
  
• Ability to work independently
