Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations personnel to understand needs and deliver engineering solutions. Produce review and approve designs and service models that meet operational expectations.
  
• Regularly review existing systems to identify and rectify potential problems enhance performance and optimize operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Provide leadership in capital and operational programs. Originate initiatives aimed at system optimization and revenue increase to position the company as a leader in the industry.
  
• Evaluate and incorporate advanced technologies and best practices into the company s standards for implementation across oil and gas processing refining and petrochemical complexes.
  
• Develop conceptual designs for new projects oversee and validate engineering calculations and designs submitted by contractors.
  
• Deliver presentations to international audiences publish technical papers mentor junior engineers and conduct inhouse training sessions.
  
• Serve as a technical advisor providing operational support to enhance organizational efficiency.
  
• Assess the capabilities of vendors and contractors to ensure they meet the company s standards and requirements for service delivery.
  
• Be prepared to take on special assignments across different organizations within the company.

Vendor and Contractor Evaluation: Assess capabilities of vendors and contractors to ensure they meet the company s standards and requirements for service delivery. Special Assignments: Be prepared to take on special assignments across different organizations within the company.
