SENIOR SPECIALIST - VENDOR TRAINING

Design the training strategy and roadmap for vendors - examples could be learning courses, training programs, and workshops for vendors about transmission, vendor portal, and all vendor operation materials.

Assist Vendor content strategy and content initiatives to ensure vendor engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience. Liaise with the Partner Growth team to develop and maintain online micro-learning modules, and build the vendors operations knowledge base.

Responsible for the creation of training material for onboarding new vendors and re-boarding of existing vendors.

Build training SOPs and metrics to measure vendor performance and compliance.

Support the on creation of training materials for our internal account management team, and coach them on the new KPIs.

Conduct Vendor Engagement activities and Focus Group discussions with restaurant partners to understand their pain points and work on them.

Lead entire training lifecycle to improve retention of existing vendors and increase the vendor adoption rate.

Work with the regional partner growth and logistics teams to plan and conduct training sessions within the organization. Assess the effectiveness of vendor training through periodic surveys/feedback.

Review and create reports and analyze the service provided.
