Work closely with the commercial team across business models to ensure value deals are being provided to promote onsite
• Work closely with the digital marketing, CRM and business analytics team to constantly drive GMV/Conversion rates/customer retention rates on the site
• Analyze click through rates on banners and work with the design team to test hypotheses to see what factors contribute to good banner performance
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to achieve monthly GMV targets
• Constantly analyze category data and try various campaigns/ideas which will help conversion rate optimization for the categories
• Lead a major category
• Manage and lead a group of junior site merchandisers to engage them on every day, key operational processes
• Benchmark across various companies/industries to stay up to date with technologies and customer acquisition/retention methods which can be used towards Noon’s campaigns
