Below is the job description:
L2 Engineer with a minimum 5 years of experience in Endpoint/Server security data center operations and Network Security.
At least 2 years experience with Implementation and L2 support for Trend Micro products Apex one Deep Security Email Security DDI Tipping Point EDR XDR Trend Micro Vision One.
Ability to work with our core team and conduct Demos and travel for onsite POC/Implementation/Support of Trend Micro Products.
Experience in supporting critical security infrastructure and handling escalations.
Handle Incidents and malware outbreaks and work with our IR team.
Reasonable communication and documentation skills and self driven with a sense of responsibility and initiative.
Ensure appropriate and timely reporting to all stakeholders for any activity including PoC and implementation undertaken.
Prepare and submit Daily Weekly and Monthly reports.
Constant learning with the Ability to keep oneself constantly updated with products and technologies.
